Anatomical data
Medical image analysis can assist in identifying existing bone, cartilage, soft tissue and implants in revision cases.
Personalized 3D design
Contours, volume and form are built according to the facial structure and goals established by the doctor.
The process has a confirmation step
The design is tested before moving on to molding and manufacturing the implant in the final configuration.
01. Medical image analysis
Reads CT data and models relevant anatomical structures according to the physician's plan.
02. FITme design
Build implant morphology according to impact area, facial proportions and professional goals.
03. Create a mold or frame
Design data is transferred to the molding step using appropriate processes, including 3D printing technology.
04. Manufacture of silicone implants
Implants are manufactured according to designs that have been confirmed in the working process with doctors.
05. Handover and use of expertise
The final configuration is handed over to the specialized facility according to the instructions and accompanying documents.
