Dr. Ta Van tram, Rector of the University of Medicine and pharmacy school emphasized: today, with the outstanding development of Science and technology, the field of plastic surgery and surgery has constantly progressed, bringing new opportunities in improving health and quality of life for people. The conference was organized to create a forum for leading local and international experts to share their experience, knowledge, and the latest research in the field.
